My goal is to help people find peace, purpose, and a deep sense of belonging in exactly who they are and where they are. I do this through real, relatable conversations that build confidence and inspire action.

My talks are grounded in lived experience and reflection and are centred on the idea that growth takes time and every step forward matters. I believe we don’t need perfection; we need perspective, encouragement, and practical tools to move forward.
